Karaline Alessia is a poet currently residing in Montreal, Canada. She splits her time between writing and her numerous projects promoting youth literacy. LAOA is the first curated collection of her work.

I am inspired by strong women who stand for their beliefs against a world who told them they would never rise from the ashes they were burned to.
