David Isaacson, the British writer of In Search of My Other Half, has worked as an editor at the Daily Telegraph in the UK and the Jerusalem Post in Israel and has reviewed numerous books. He graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Sussex University, where he played a key role in the illicit campaigns of an anarchist faction, before it succumbed to ideological differences (between the bourgeois utopians, the compulsive activists, the existential nihilists, the anarcho-syndicalists, the anarcho-feminists, and a Dadaist). He also followed the Grateful Dead on tours in the US and Europe, before Jerry Garcia went the way of all mortals. He is married with three children.
