I spent my childhood in Vancouver, Canada. This is where I learned to bike, play field hockey, and bake. I am currently at McGill University studying management playing on the McGill Varsity field hockey team.
I have a hard time believing that no other teenage girls are hard on themselves. I wrote this book when I was 18 because I often felt alone in my thoughts growing up. It was only by talking to others about how I felt that made me feel normal. I used to be a really happy kid but somewhere along the line I lost myself. I thought I would share some of my strategies, which I have used throughout the years, about how I learned the process of feeling like myself again.
