Damaris Chanza is an American writer and poet born and raised in Essex County, New Jersey. She has a Bachelor's in Communication and Media from NJIT, where she nurtured her love for storytelling. Besides her work as a copywriter, she keeps her passion for writing alive with her blog, Discussions with Damaris, which focuses on diversity and representation in media. Her poetry is featured in the New Jersey Bards Poetry Review 2024. When not writing, Damaris can most likely be found playing with her ferret or binge-watching something on TV.
