Alia-Enor Bath is a West Australian writer and musician. Having completed an arts degree in the 90s, and a post-graduate degree in journalism, her early career was in communications and print media before moving into information technology.
As a classical cellist, Alia joined the multi-discplinary arts collective "Masonik" in 2018, and collaborated on immersive performances, linking visual arts with musical soundscapes. Masonik, operating out of Australia since 2006, works in music, visual arts and theatre. With a long time interest in the written word, and a long association with the Katharine Susannah Prichard writer's centre, it was inevitable that the group's focus would turn to text, and so the story of Skreet was born.
Original Illustrations are lino-cut by Masonik's Basil Psanoudakis, artist and instrumentalist.
