Mike Logue is Scottish. He spent his early years in the Scottish Highlands. He was raised in Glasgow, where, as an apprentice he began a fifty-year career in telecommunications. In retirement he completed an MA in Literature and Culture at the University of Salford. He is a researcher of the life and times of the Irish novelist Patrick MacGill.
