I’m an award-winning piano teacher who has taught students ages 4-adult. I’ve always embraced using humour and creativity in my lessons. I was a national Royal Conservatory of Music Piano Examiner for almost a decade, an experience I greatly enjoyed. I also worked in special education, a job that deepened my compassion for anyone facing a physical or mental challenge.     

When not writing or teaching, I enjoy being on the water or spending time admiring the majestic Rockies. I also love seeing live theatre or curling up with my dogs to watch a good movie. Their unconditional love never fails to humble me.
