Originally from the UK, Lesley Hebert lives in on Canada’s Pacific raincoast with a sociable husband and an anti-social cat. She is a member of the Royal City Literary Arts Society and the BC Writers Federation. An adapted chapter from The Heart of Japan took the first place non-fiction award in “Write On!”, the RCLAS annual writing Competition. She is currently working on a historical romance set in medieval Japan. She enjoys travel, music, a brisk walk and a well-turned phrase.
