Louis-Philip Guindon is a former professional ice hockey goaltender from Montreal, Quebec, whose career has evolved into a respected voice in goaltending development. After a stellar junior run in the QMJHL with the Rimouski Océanic and Drummondville Voltigeurs — including a President’s Cup championship — he went on to make history at McGill University. There, Guindon was twice named OUA East Goaltender of the Year and still holds multiple program records, including one of the best career save percentages and goals-against averages in McGill hockey history.
Following a stint with the Laval Rocket in the AHL and the Wheeling Nailers in the ECHL, Guindon retired from professional play in 2022. Rather than pursue further contracts, he chose to dedicate himself to developing the next generation of goaltenders. His work has extended beyond a single program, influencing youth across Quebec through clinics, mentorship, and consulting roles. His approach blends elite-level experience with a deep understanding of athlete development, making him a sought-after figure in the goaltending community.
