Maria Ressina (she/her) is a librarian living in Montreal, Quebec with her husband and menagerie of pets. Formally a market researcher, she is passionate about storytelling and what makes people tick. She is the former organizer of the MTL YA (young adult) Fest, as well as the current co-president of the Quebec Library Association. She holds a Bachelor’s in English Literature from Concordia University and a Master’s of Library and Information Studies from McGill. She also enjoys strong tea, children’s media and a good debate.
