Meaghan is an archaeologist, published scientific author, and avid reader of fiction. Her training in archaeology, Celtic studies, and history inspired her to write about power, feminine magic, and community in fantasy worlds. She started writing her debut novel, Born of Moonlight, while holding her sleeping newborn son. Her own disability and experience as a professional dancer, archaeologist, and researcher sneak into her writing. Meaghan lives on the West Coast with her husband, son, and cat.
