Calling all poetry lovers! There’s a new book coming that you don’t want to miss. Love & Other Anxieties by Karaline Alessia is guaranteed to pull you in and pull at your heart strings. Each poem is thoughtful and full of emotion.
I was lucky enough to be given the chance to read LAOA before its release date on January 29, 2021 and I can tell you that each poem is relatable in some way or another. You can connect with what Alessia writes and you can see yourself as the subject of her poems.
This collection of poetry covers topics of love, loss, growth into womanhood, and self-acceptance. Alessia’s writing is simple yet captivating. Her poems are short and to the point, which is always something to be appreciated. LAOA is sure to come out with raving reviews and many happy readers. I count myself amongst the people who love this book.
What’s more? There are drawings interspersed throughout the book. While reading these poems, you can appreciate a drawing that connects with the writing right next to it. The addition of this gives the book a personal feel where the reader doesn’t only appreciate the words but the art that accompanies them.
Love & Other Anxieties is perfect for lovers of Rupi Kaur and Sabrina Benaim. Covering similar topics, Karaline Alessia’s first collection of poetry is going to open doors and give us readers a chance to see more of her work.
I know everyone at AOS Publishing is excited to see her future work and we can’t wait to share it with you all. In the meantime, enjoy Love & Other Anxieties. Read it, review it, and share it with us. We’d love to hear your thoughts and praise.
It’s time to step aside Rupi, you’re sharing your throne of poetry with another poetry queen.

This sounds like such a beautiful and raw collection. I’ve always found that the best poetry is the kind that stays simple but manages to hit exactly on those complicated feelings of loss and self-acceptance. It is really cool that there are drawings included too, it always makes a book feel much more personal and intimate when you can see the visual side of the author's thoughts. I recently saw a feature on https://englandderbyshire.co.uk/ about how modern poetry is helping a new generation process anxiety and growth through storytelling, and this book seems to fit right into that movement. Definitely adding this to my reading list for the end of the month.
Lately, I was searching for a reliable instagram reels download tool that works without installing any application. After trying a few different websites, this one worked surprisingly well for me and the process felt very simple.
There’s something incredibly satisfying about the minimalist design of beads out. No fluff, just pure logic and a very responsive interface. It’s hard to find browser games that feel this premium. If you appreciate games where the difficulty comes from clever design rather than cheap tricks, give this a spin.
I’ve been using a low quality image generator lately that actually respects privacy by processing everything locally. You can drag and drop massive 100MB photos to compress them for web optimization. Highly recommended if you hate hidden paywalls.
